Volunteer

There are many ways to volunteer. We can find a job to fit any size and shape volunteer.

Pitch In at the Park - The second Saturday of every month during the summer. Volunteers come together to pitch in at the park for environmental and natural area restoration projects. Volunteers meet at the park maintenance building at 9:00 AM.

Governor Dodge turns 60 - 2008 marks the 60th year for Governor Dodge State Park. We would like to create something to commemorate this occasion.

Pull Garlic Mustard - Garlic Mustard is an invasive species that chokes the under story of the forest.  By pulling the plants in early spring, we can start to get this menace under control.

Create Content for this Website - This website is completely built and operated by the Friends. We are always looking for new and interesting content. Right now we are in need of some good pictures. Contact the webmaster for more details.
